Creative cut! This lady used to get her hair cut by the creative director at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Chicago so I really got to let loose. Cool.

So this is my girl, Sandra Bernhard. I got to work with her during her week of performances at the Painted Bride here in Philadelphia. She was wonderful to work with and her hair came out great every night. Hopefully this is just the start!

(Actually, I kind of miss seeing her every day.)

Today is the day.

Well, friends, today I started my dream job. I am officially a hairstylist to the stars!

I am doing Sandra Bernhard’s hair for her run of ” I Love Being Me, Don’t You?” at the Painted Bride Art Center this week.

I could not possibly be any happier right now. So many thanks to my boss, Heidi for allowing me to follow my dream. And I really owe it all to Laurel. I couldn’t be where I am now without her infinite wisdom and support.
